Christmas Delivery Update for Pokémon Orders

With Christmas approaching quickly, we want to provide a clear update on our final order dates to help you plan your Pokémon purchases with confidence. Whether you are buying sealed Pokémon TCG products, booster boxes, or gifts for collectors, ordering within the recommended timeframes is the best way to ensure your items arrive before Christmas Day.

Guaranteed Delivery Cut Off Dates

To guarantee delivery before Christmas using standard shipping, all orders must be placed before Thursday the 18th of December at midday. For customers choosing express shipping, orders must be placed before Friday the 19th of December at 9pm. Orders placed after these times may still arrive before Christmas, but delivery cannot be guaranteed due to courier demand during the holiday period.

Holiday Processing and Support Schedule

Please note that we will not be processing orders or responding to customer enquiries on December 25th and 26th. During this time, our warehouse and support channels will be closed so our team can enjoy the holidays. Normal shipping operations and customer support will resume on December 27th.

Ordering After the Cut Off Dates

While we will continue accepting orders after the guaranteed delivery deadlines, these orders are subject to courier delays and seasonal volume. Some may still arrive in time for Christmas, but this cannot be promised. For peace of mind, we strongly recommend placing your Pokémon orders before the stated cut off dates to avoid disappointment.
