99% of orders placed before 2pm on Weekdays and 9am on Saturday will get sent out the same day. If it's not sent out that day, we will aim to send it out next working day.

We ship everything with Royal Mail

We use Royal Mail for all of our shipping. With every order, you are provided a tracking number with your email. You can use the tracking number and head to the royal mail website to check your progress.

Please go to Royal Mails website and use the tracking number provided. There you can edit details such as the time you want it delivered or any other instructions

Please wait until the end of the next working day if your package says it has arrived but hasn't. If it still hasn't arrived, please use the contact form at the bottom of the page and we will get it sorted for you.

Pre-orders are paid for instantly. This is due to market prices in Japan and other products we may get in stock. By paying the pre-order price, you are committing to getting that product.

Yes. At checkout, there are 2 options for shipping. Either standard, that uses Royal Mail 48, or Express, that uses Royal Mail 24

Orders over £50 can get free Standard shipping. Orders over £200 get free Express shipping
